Nestled among the ponderosa pines on the banks of Fall River, The Ponderosa Lodge is a place set apart. You feel it as soon as you turn down the drive, a one-lane road, that winds through the pines and along the river. Enjoy quiet relaxation with the river always murmuring at your doorstep. We aim to provide a relaxing getaway and a personalized source for local information on the Estes Valley and Rocky Mountain National Park.
This 19 unit hotel was acquired as a syndication in 2021 with a value add strategy that has led to comprehensive renovations of our cabins, complete reset of operational staff, and multiple amenity upgrades throughout the property. We have increased revenue 250% since acquisition and look forward to developing additional cabins on our 5 acre property in the coming years.
The 4 Seasons Inn on Fall River is a small and beloved hotel nestled along the Fall River, 3 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park. This 10 unit, adult only hotel features, rustic but luxurious rooms, big mountain views, and high end coffee and body care products. This investment was our first into the hospitality space and we have never looked back. This award winning hotel has been a pleasure to own and manage and we look forward to implementing further technology improvements and new amenities in the coming years.
This well located hotel 3 minutes from Old Colorado city, Manitou Springs, and Garden of the Gods was built and operated as a mom and pop hotel from 1952 - 2012. For the past decade it fell into disrepair and operated as a mixed use building. We saw this as an opportunity to restore its previous glory as a place for travelers. It was rebranded to the original name, and we underwent extensive remodels of the entire facility, added guest amenities, and implemented a technology stack that allows for the elimination of on site staff. Currently 7 Studio Units, a 2 bedroom apartment, a 2 bedroom penthouse, and a 2 bedroom single family home.
The Ferncliff Lodge is our newest investment, which focuses on hosting larger groups of people who want to escape the hustle and bustle, while having access to high class amenities and the great outdoors. Our rooms feature high end showers, many with steam, hot tubs, and soon to come saunas. There is also an amazing space to host small retreats or be activated by locals who want a place to explore wellness practices such as sound healing, yoga, breathwork, etc. The property is located in Allenspark Colorado, and although it is remote as compared to Estes Park, Rocky Mountain National Park (Wild Basin & Longs Peak TH) are only 5 minutes away. Further, with a laundrymat, market, liquor store, and gas station across the street and the famed Crystal Spring and Meadow Mountain Cafe just a short walk, you will be well supported for any length stay.
