Who We Are
Tyler Pufahl Cande
Founder and CEO
Tyler Cande is an idea generating creator who labels himself as a professional problem solver. His ability to take high level ideas, implement rigorous analysis, and deliver results is his greatest strength. Being hands on with his properties allows for a deep understanding of the operational needs and future potential at all times.
After graduating from Boston College, Mr. Cande began his career as an Energy Management Consultant where he oversaw the identification, engineering analysis, financing and implementation of energy efficiency and renewable energy solutions in commercial buildings. His love of buildings led him to pursue a Masters of Real Estate Finance from the Leeds School of Business at CU Boulder and ultimately found a job with H2 Properties Inc. Within 2 years, the three person H2 Properties team executed over 80 fix and flips of single family homes, multifamily buildings, agricultural land, and small commercial buildings as GC, Real Estate Agent, and Asset Manager. This experience allowed for a wide variety of experience in all aspects of adding value to Colorado real estate. At the end of 2020, Solstice Capital was officially born and a focus on hospitality was solidified.
You can find Tyler in Lyons Colorado, raising his family, mountain biking, and building meaningful relationships built on a love of community and adventure.
